It's amazinggg how much sleep affects my mood.
I’ve been getting more than enough sleep lately, and I am a much happier person. I’ve also been spending time by myself before I go to bed and when I wake up, and I think that has a lot to do with it as well. SLEEP MORE, REFLECT MORE, BE HAPPY MORE!
